1. Scope of Services

BrightByte Consulting agrees to provide software consultancy services as described in the specific agreement or contract between BrightByte Consulting and the client.

2. Payment Terms

All payments are due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise stated in the contract. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

3. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all proprietary information shared during the consultancy process.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract with a written notice of [specified number of days, e.g., "30"] days. Fees for services rendered up to the termination date will still be payable.

5. Limitation of Liability

BrightByte Consulting is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages or lost profits arising out of or related to the services provided or the performance of the agreement.

If your support demands extra product modification, you must hire an expert.

6. Intellectual Property

Any intellectual property created during the consultancy will be defined and ownership assigned in the specific contract or agreement between BrightByte Consulting and the client.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the services or terms of the agreement shall first attempt to be resolved amicably between the parties. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled by [method of dispute resolution, e.g., "mediation or arbitration"].

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

9. Amendments

Any changes or modifications to the terms must be in writing and signed by both parties.

10. Entire Agreement:

We are not licensed to provide stock images and particular true-type fonts that might be used on any or all of the provided products. These require you to own or purchase from their respective owners. The images/videos we show in the demo versions of products are for demonstration motives, and you are not allowed to use them on production sites.
